Fusion Reptiles reserves the right to refuse any sale if we believe the buyer has not carried out the necessary research to ensure the welfare of the animal.

Duration: 7 days warranty after delivery.

Tail loss (gecko): no refund as it does not reduce its value.

Injuries during transport: No reimbursement, but assistance and veterinary referral will be provided if necessary. Our animals never leave sick or injured.

Death on arrival: proof required within 30 minutes, otherwise warranty voided.

Death during the warranty period: Photos and videos of the terrarium and animal are required. Discounts, refunds, replacements, or priority for next available items are available. In cases of negligence or inadequate settings, the warranty is void.

Turnkey terrariums: the warranty ends as soon as an animal is added and the care sheet is submitted. (Living animals/plants and isopods are only guaranteed against disease, not negligence, and it ends when the animal is added.)

Plants: 7-day warranty. Plants have a 1-week warranty (this only covers plants that die due to disease, for example). Cold, underwatering, or improper lighting are not covered by this warranty.
