The safety of our animals and respect for our space are paramount. During the workshop, the handling and listening instructions given by the host must be strictly followed by everyone, young and old. We show leniency with young children, but no disrespect, disruptive behavior, or refusal to follow safety rules from participants (adults or children) will be tolerated. Additionally, any unjustified delay or failure to respect agreements made without our prior consent may result in the immediate cancellation of the activity, with no refund or possibility of postponing the workshop. In case of non-compliance with store regulations, we reserve the right to end the session on the spot and refuse access to future workshops.
